Products
All products are handmade with care using real flowers and natural materials. Due to the handmade process and the nature of botanicals, slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur, making each piece unique.
Our pressed flower artworks are original designs created by Unique Rose. Most artworks are one of a kind and may not be reproduced.
For pressed flower artworks, we recommend contacting us before purchase to confirm availability, as some pieces may already be sold through other platforms or events.
Custom orders are available upon request.
Pricing
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT (tax included).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in unexpected situations, including pricing or stock errors.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with PostNL.
For in-stock items, orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions. Unique Rose is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged safely.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
